Our band reflects a latitude and attitude of fun in the tropics.
26.5 North is a group of five very experienced musicians who have the same goal, which is to give the people who come to the tropics what they want. Trop/rock is a description of songs that reflect a mood of being near the water or a rhythm that makes you want dance in the sand. The song menu is varied from 60's surf music through today, covering country beach favorites and classic rock tunes including some Latin flair and reggae reminding us of warm breezes and sunny skies. This group is definitely not doing the same old stuff. We also offer a jimmy Buffett-beach boys tribute set upon request.
